LANY Entertainment, (aka LANYfilms), is a multiple Emmy® Award-winning independent bi-coastal entertainment company founded in 2010, creating quality productions of all media from start to finish. Our projects include feature motion pictures, scripted television, documentaries, behind-the-scenes coverage, commercials, and quality web content. GREGORI J. MARTIN
Gregori J. Martin is a multiple Emmy® Award-winning producer and the founder, CEO, and chairman of LANY Entertainment.
Martin is best known for his nine-time Emmy® Award-winning and seventeen-time Emmy®-nominated digital drama series THE BAY on Amazon Prime, as well as the Emmy®-nominated teen situation comedy THIS JUST IN, airing on POP TV, where he serves as a director, writer, and co-executive producer.
In April 2017, Martin received his third Emmy® Award as creator and executive producer of THE BAY. Recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), Martin has been nominated four times. Martin recently directed the 3rd season of THE BAY, scheduled to be released in the summer of 2017, and is in development on its fourth season.
Often collaborating with Associated Television International (ATI), Martin also recently wrapped production as director and co-executive producer on the television pilot THE EDGE. In 2013, Martin served as a story consultant and behind the scenes producer for the TV Guide Network (TVGN) documentary WHO SHOT THE DAYTIME SOAP?, and was also the director, producer, and writer for THE DISCIPLES, a mini-series developed by ATI and sold to SONY Entertainment.
Prior to LANY Entertainment, Martin served as the director, writer, and president of the independent film production company Gruntworks Entertainment for approximately 4 years. At Gruntworks, Martin directed and co-produced the limited theatrically released indie motion picture RAVEN, and the psychological thriller JACK RIO, screened at the Terror Film Festival in Philadelphia, PA. Additional Gruntworks collaborations include the feature films THE INTRUDERS and SEBASTIAN.
Martin has directed a total of eleven motion pictures including MANHATTANITES, a dramedy starring several stars from the ABC and CBS daytime serial dramas, THE SOUTHSIDE, based on a true story and tragic death of his cousin, Robert Areizaga Jr. Both films are available on Amazon. Martin’s eleventh feature film, A PLACE CALLED HOLLYWOOD, is a satire that tells the cutting-edge story of a young man who pursues his dream in becoming a famous actor and gives a glimpse of the harsher side of Hollywood, currently in post-production.
Martin’s latest directing gig is for a new feature dramedy THE MAFIA AIN’T DEAD starring Vivica Fox, shooting this summer.
Kristos Andrews is two-time Emmy® Award-winning actor, X-Games Champion and two-time Guinness record holder.
Andrews stars in the lead role of golden boy ‘Pete Garrett’ in the multiple Emmy® Award-winning drama series THE BAY The Series on Amazon Prime and is currently starring in the series regular role of teen heartthrob ‘Tyler’ in THIS JUST IN, an Emmy® nominated situation comedy airing on POP TV. Andrews was recently cast in a series regular role on a new TV pilot for Associated Television International and has recently been cast as the lead male role in a new made-for-television holiday movie SECOND CHANCE directed by Christopher Ray, scheduled to be released Christmas 2017.
Having previously won in 2016, Andrews received his second Emmy® Award in 2017 by again winning the category for “Outstanding Lead Actor in a Digital Drama Series” for THE BAY. At the young age of 26, Andrews has a record-breaking five Emmy® wins as actor and producer.
Starring in the lead role in the biopic THE SOUTHSIDE, Andrews received an ISA7 nomination for “Best Lead Actor – Drama” for his portrayal of 19-year-old Robert Areizaga Jr. during the final months leading up to his untimely death. The film is available on Amazon.
Andrews also played the lead role in the indie feature film A PLACE CALLED HOLLYWOOD, a satire that tells the cutting-edge story of a young mid-western man who pursues his dream in becoming a famous actor and gives a glimpse of the harsher side of Hollywood. His diversified acting portfolio also includes the recurring role of Ronnie Riley on NICKELODEON’s SUPER SPORTLETS and as a lead band member of Miranda Cosgrove’s TV Band (iCarly). Andrews appeared in the popular CRAIGSLIST JOE documentary and the foreign film TRIANGLE, the biggest Ethiopian film of all time.
With appearances in several national commercials including WENDY’S and BEST BUY, Andrews has modeled for KOHL’S and has been seen on billboards across the nation for ZOO YORK and HAWK, etc.
CAROL C. HEDGEPETH
Chief Operating Officer
A multiple Emmy® Award-winning producer for LANY Entertainment, Carol C. Hedgepeth currently serves as LANY’s Chief Operating Officer. Hedgepeth joined the LANY Entertainment team in March of 2010 in the position of Executive Assistant. In 2012 and after working extensively on the feature films THE SOUTHSIDE and A PLACE CALLED HOLLYWOOD, Hedgepeth was named as LANY Entertainment’s Corporate Secretary. Hedgepeth’s duties then expanded to serving as Associate Producer of the multiple Emmy® Award-winning digital drama series THE BAY. In 2013, Hedgepeth was advanced to the position of Coordinating Producer for the series, which garnered her her first Emmy® Award, and then to the position of Senior Producer where, in 2016, she and the LANY Entertainment team again won an Emmy® Award for their work on THE BAY. Inn 2017, Hedgepeth won her third Emmy® Award for her work as Co-Executive Producer on THE BAY. Hedgepeth also serves as a producer for THIS JUST IN, a popular Emmy® Award-nominated teen situation comedy, a co-production with Associated Television International (ATI), airing Saturday mornings on POP TV.
Hegepeth’s personal portfolio includes success in writing fiction where she placed as one of the top three winning finalists in two independent national writing competitions. Hedgepeth is also a 2004 recipient of “The President’s Call to Service Lifetime Award” and has been named “Who’s Who Women in Business.”
Partner / Producer
Also noted for her expertise in various professions including as a financial and real estate specialist, Celeste Fianna is a multiple Emmy® Award-winning producer and partner at LANY Entertainment. Being an entrepreneur from a young age, Celeste started in real estate as an Escrow/Transaction Coordinator at 17 and was closing deals by the time she received her license at age 18. Celeste began producing television and film shortly thereafter.
Fianna’s projects in addition to THE BAY include Destination X: California, an extreme action sports and travel program where Fianna had the opportunity to travel around the world. She is also a producer on Visions: The Art of Catherine Andrews, an insightful documentary exploring the paintings and music of noted artist Catherine Andrews. Fianna‘s acting credits include a series regular role in the Emmy® Award-winning digital drama series THE BAY, a supporting role in the indie feature film A PLACE CALLED HOLLYWOOD and in one of the lead roles in BEYOND, directed by Rob Walker and co-starring Dee Wallace. In addition to her position as Co-Producer for THE BAY, Fianna also serves as associate producer for THIS JUST IN, a popular Emmy® Award nominated teen situation comedy, a co-production with Associated Television International (ATI).
